CytherAI does not track you. This site uses no analytics, no cookies, no third-party scripts, and no fingerprinting. We collect only what you explicitly give us through the contact form.

Contact form submissions: name, email address, organisation (optional), and message content. This data is transmitted via your local mail client (mailto: protocol) and is not stored on our servers at the point of submission.

Direct email: If you email us directly, we retain your correspondence for the purpose of responding and managing the engagement relationship.

Engagement data: Information shared during capability conversations, NDA briefings, or supervised review sessions is handled under the applicable confidentiality agreement.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

  • No cookies or local storage tokens
  • No analytics or tracking pixels
  • No third-party scripts or beacons
  • No browser fingerprinting
  • No IP address logging at the application level

Standard web server access logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes. CytherAI does not use these logs for tracking or profiling.

3. How We Use Your Data

Personal data collected through the contact form or direct email is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Evaluate fit for a potential engagement
  • Manage an ongoing engagement relationship

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Contact form data and email correspondence are retained for the duration of any business relationship plus two years, unless a longer period is required by law or a specific engagement agreement.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@cytherai.com.
